Description
African Penguin at Boulder, Capetown Peninsula, South Africa. Yes, there are penguins in Africa. It seems that when the continents split, many many years ago, the parts of Antarctica that broke off formed parts of Africa and Australia as well, taking the penguins with them. These little fellows have since acclimatized to their new environs.
